According to the Distance- and Door-to-Door Sales Act, the customer have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days by sending a message to info@perfumeheaven.se. The cooling-off period is counted from the date the customer receives the goods.

The right to cancel a purchase means that the product may not have been used by the customer. If this happens, the cancellation right ends.  

Returned products must be in unopened packaging, as well as unused and undamaged. Products that are opened, used and/or has removed seals will not be replaced or refunded.
 
If the customer choose to cancel the purchase, the costs for the return shipping is paid by himself. If the customer exercises his right to cancel a purchase, Perfume Heaven will repay the amount the customer has paid within 30 days from that the receipt has been received by Perfume Heaven.
 
Opened and/or used makeup, skincare- or hygiene products are not recovered due to sanitary reasons.
