The use of this site and online purchases are governed by the policies and terms and conditions set below. Your use of this website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to Perfume Heaven, indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. Perfume Heaven reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. Your use of this site is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions contained herein and any other notices accepted by you on this site. By entering this site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Perfume Heaven may amend these terms at any time and any amendments will take effect immediately on posting of the amended terms.

Perfume Heaven is governed by Swedish law and the Distance- and Door-to-Door Sales Act. In case of any dispute, Perfume Heaven follows the Consumer Complaints Board recommendations. Perfume Heaven follows Swedish Consumer Agency´s recommendations for e-commerce. You must be aged 18 or over to order products on PerfumeHeaven.se. All attempts at fraud will be immediately reported without any exceptions or prior warning. 

 

 

Disclaimer and limitation of liability as to products sold

 

We are regularly updating the content on the website to keep you updated and informed the best way we can. By voluntarily utilizing PerfumeHeaven.se, you agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Perfume Heaven arising from any product sold on the site shall be the authenticity of the product ordered. In no event shall Perfume Heaven, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to products sold, by voluntarily utilizing PerfumeHeaven.se. Facts and price information are submitted with the reservation of misprints, suppliers' price increases, possibly incorrectly defined technical specifications, etc. as well as the final sale. 

 

 

Indemnity

  

You indemnify and hold Perfume Heaven, it´s officers, partners, employees and agents harmless from and against all loss, damage, cost expenses and claim which may be suffered or incurred by you as a result of or in connection with your use of this site and our services. Perfume Heaven is not responsible and may under no circumstanses be held responsible due to force majeure such as weather conditions, war, strikes, theft or any other kind of preventions that may cause delays in shipping or cost expenses to you.

 

 

Payment options

 

All exchanges are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and made through Moneybookers, one of the world´s largest online payment providers for safe and secure shopping. No data is stored on our server. Full payment on PerfumeHeaven.se is made with your debit/credit card or instant banking. You must be aged 18 or over to order products on PerfumeHeaven.se.

 

 

Prices
  
All prices at PerfumeHeaven.se are stated in SEK as default. Customers may see prices and make their shopping by choosing their countries´ currency. The exchange rate is automatically updated by the European Central Bank. As a standard, all prices (unless otherwise specified) includes 25% VAT. Due to worldwide currency fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted for a product at the time an order is accepted by the customer is not affected by any future price changes. 

 

 

Order acceptance and receipt policy
  
Once the order has been made by you, it will be processed and you will receive an order confirmation. Your receipt of an electronic form of order confirms the purchase made on PerfumeHeaven.se. The receipt will be sent to the e-mail address stated by you. It is your responsibility to provide accurate e-mail address to Perfume Heaven, as it is also your responsibility to keep and store the receipt in a safe place in case of future use, such as return of a product. Perfume Heaven shall under no circumstances be held responsible for the loss of the receipt caused by you or in any other way where Perfume Heaven is not responsible, nor be asked to send a new retrospectively. Perfume Heaven reserves the right to request additional information before accepting order. If you have not received an order confirmation within the hour of your order, please verify that your e-mail address is correct and email us at info@perfumeheaven.se. Perfume Heaven shall under no circumstances be held responsible for any typographically errors on orders made by you which may cause any delay, loss of profit and/or product, damage, legal costs or inconvenience in any form. It is your responsibility to immediately inform Perfume Heaven and correct errors on the order or cancel the order. If we already had time to send your order or if your order is packaged, you cannot cancel the order, but may return the package to us. The customer pays for the return shipping. If the customer does not pick up his order, we charge a fee to cover our costs.

 

 

Shipping
 
For Swedish customers: Orders which we have received before 13.00 (swedish local time) will be sent from us the same day (weekdays) and delivered 1-3 weekdays. We deliver the products as post package and you will have a traceable package number on your delivery.
For International customers: Orders which we have received before 13.00 (swedish local time) will be sent from us the same day (weekdays) and delivered in approximately 4-7 days depending on country. Your order will be sent with Posten Sverige (the Swedish Post Office Administration) and have a traceable package number sent to your e-mail.   

 

 

Freight cost

 

For Swedish customers: The freight cost is depending to the weight of the order and can be seen at all time the checkout before accepting the order.
For International customers: The freight cost is depending on country and the weight of the order, and can be seen at all time the checkout before accepting the order.

 

 

Returns and cancellations

 

According to the Distance- and Door-to-Door Sales Act, the customer have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days by sending a message to info@perfumeheaven.se. The cooling-off period is counted from the date the customer receives the goods.
The right to cancel a purchase means that the product may not have been used by the customer. If this happens, the cancellation right ends.  
Returned products must be in unopened packaging, as well as unused and undamaged. Products that are opened, used and/or has removed seals will not be replaced or refunded. If the customer choose to cancel the purchase, the costs for the return shipping is paid by himself. If the customer exercises his right to cancel a purchase, Perfume Heaven will repay the amount the customer has paid within 30 days from that the receipt has been received by Perfume Heaven. Opened and/or used makeup, skincare- or hygiene products are not recovered due to sanitary reasons. 

 

 

Complaints
 
Whatever the type of complaint is, Perfume Heaven shall be contacted before any product is returned by the customer. Returned goods must always, without any exception, be sent in packaging that is able to withstand shipment. Perfume Heaven disclaim any responsibility for products packaged poorly by the customer. The customer contacts the company via info@perfumeheaven.se for further information on how the product will be sent back to us. Perfume Heaven does not accept returned goods that entail costs to the company.

 

 

Transportation damage

 

In case the package is damaged or opened upon delivery, please contact your delivery point immediately when you pick up your package. They have forms for the claim.

 

 

Guarantee of authenticity

 

All products sold at PerfumeHeaven.se are 100% genuine and delivered to us directly from our suppliers. Guarantees on the products are given by the respective manufacturer. Perfume Heaven do not give any further guarantees in addition to the one specified by the manufacturer. We only deal with suppliers within the European Union (EU) who are strictly governed by EU laws and regulations, and are also controlled and verified by us. Perfume Heaven is not responsible for eventual over sensitivity to ingredients in a product. In case of any questions regarding the ingredients in a product, please contact the manufacturer directly for further information.  

 

 

Product information

Fact- and price information is given with reservation for printing mistakes, price changes from suppliers, incorrect given technical specifications etc and sell-outs. The information which is given hereby is not constituting any promises about usage, adequacy, guarantee etc other than where is so clearly mentioned. Perfume Heaven reserves the right to changing all information without prior notification. Actual product available may differ from as shown in photographs depending on size, manufacturer repackaging, country of origin and type ordered. We try to be as accurate as possible with photos but may not always have a picture of individual sizes for all products. Make always sure to check size and product information carefully before placing your order.

 

 

Personal information
  
We treat all personal information stated by you to us in accordance with the law of personal data, PUL (1998:204). Perfume Heaven guarantee that no data about you will be sold or used for commercial circulars from third part, but only will be of internal use at Perfume Heaven. Your e-mail address will be used for order confirmation and for other confirmation purposes. Perfume Heaven reserves the right, in some cases, to make advertising circulars to your e-mail address if you have not declared otherwise. If you want to change your data or get removed from the file, simply opt-out or we ask you to contact our customer service at info@perfumeheaven.se.

 

 

Membership
  
Membership accounts are not transferable and you may update or terminate your membership at any time. You agree that you will maintain the information supplied by you to ensure accuracy at all times. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept full responsibility for any and all activity that occurs using your membership account and password.
